# Cancelar VIVO Turbo

Recentemente, a vivo vem bloqueando as redes dos clientes que estão sem créditos e estão cadastrados na promoção vivo turbo, para voltar a utilizar os serviços de VPN sem bloqueios na linha, o usuário deverá cancelar a promoção vivo turbo e em seguida efetuar uma recarga mínima

**Primeiro** **passo**: Verificar se o chip está cadastrado na promoção VIVO Turbo. Você consegue verificar ligando para o número **\*9000**

**Segundo** **passo**: Caso estiver cadastrado a promoção VIVO Turbo, solicitem o cancelamento via ligação ou via aplicativo Meu VIVO (Link para download do aplicativo Meu VIVO abaixo).

**Terceiro** **passo**: Após cancelado o chip voltará a ser pré pago sem planos ativos, você deverá efetuar uma recarga para que sua rede seja desbloqueada, após isso seu chip estará preparado para se conectar a Plenonet.

**Obs:**  Para manter sua linha ativa, você deverá efetuar uma recarga mínima a cada 60 dias.
